   TAVIRA Y BOTELLA is an office that began with exclusive dedication to the national and international protection of Industrial Property in 1921.

   At present this office is formed by three Industrial Property Agents, authorized to act by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the Community Trademark Office, which follow the criteria of their founders in a personalized treatment of their customers giving priority to a quality service.

   Since the establishment of the Community Trademark Office in Spain, we have an office near to this Office in Alicante to give a suitable service in the registration of Community trademarks.

VALIDITY IN SPAIN OF EUROPEAN PATENT AND PCT

  COMMUNITY TRADEMARK

1.- Copy of the patent documents.

2.- Copy of the first sheet of the publication.

3.- Power of Attorney.
